Day 40: I am titanium!!

Gym
cross trainer: 30 min
weights: 30 min
rowing: 20 min

Last entry a bit sad. Tapi itukan cerita semalam, lupakannnn.. Hehe.Lepas beberapa hari tak gi gym, harini datang terus skip treadmill. No treadmill, I'll see you tomorrow. Aku tunggu kaki ni kurang sakit dulu. Harini masuk gym terus cucuk pendrive dekat radio gym tu. Tapi not supported pulak. Ceit. Nak kena burn dekat cd jugak. Siyes, music is very important during exercise. Dari tak semangat terus jadik laju. Sekarang ni aku layan lagu Titanium by David Guetta and Euphoria by Loreen.  Nanti aku buat page khas untuk workout playlist. 

So, about Insanity... Aku rasa buat masa ni aku pass dulu workout Insanity. Aku nak fokus workout dekat gym. Kalau buat sekali dengan Insanity aku tak cukup tenaga. Kalau 30DS tu okay lagi. Boleh terima lagi.  Bila combine dua aku rasa letih sangat and tak boleh keep up. So... Insanity, we'll meet again when I'm 80kg ok? Malu laaaaa...

Aku rasa aku kena up lagi workout kat gym. Sebab dah kurang rasa sengal-sengal. Tak macam first-first dulu. Tak feel pulak. Huhu.
