Day 44: Penin

Treadmill: 30 min (C25K W7W3)
Weights: 30 min (fast and furious style)
Cross trainer: 20 min
Kettle bell swing: 30 reps
Walaupun dah habis week 7, aku still tak leh lari 20 min. Uwaa.. Mostly aku lari 10-15 min then jalan laju. Macam mana ni.. 5K dah dekat. Huhu.
Tadi aku buat weights laju gila. Sebab nak bagi heart rate up je. Tak ada stop langsung. Habis machine ni lompat machine sana. Nasib baik la tak ada orang. Lepas tu naik cross trainer pening dah. Kena stop sekejap minum air and amek nafas. Hehe.
