Day 50: Blerghhh..

Rowing: 30 min
Harini blerghhhh... Tak best langsung. Dah la sorang-sorang je dalam gym tu. Huh. Semalam tak gi gym sebab bangun lambat. Hehe. Tadi masa workout rasa pening lagi. Pening macam bila kita tunduk and bangun cepat-cepat. Gitu la. So tadi mampu 2 sets je lepas tu row 30 min. Lepas ni aku bajet nak rowing je. Tak de la pening je. Huhu.

Gulai labu 4 potong

Makan macam banyakk je harini. Perut lapar je pulakkk.. Hoho.. Mood down, energy tadak.Isk.. Sad, sad week.
