Day 12 : Kemalasan

Sejak pagi lagi kejap-kejap nak gi gym, kejap tak nak pegi. 30 min sebelum pukul 10 terus mandi. Nak pegi!! Sebenarnya malas sebab nanti nak hantar mak pergi hospital amik ubat. Tapi mak pun ok je and tak kisah. So aku pun pegi je la. Tapi sebab dah ada rasa malas. Kat gym pun macam slow je.. huhu. Tapi, harini aku berlari!! Well not lari, more to slow jog. Huhu. 60 sec lari. 60 sec power walk. Tapi beberapa kali je sebab tak larat. Biar lah walaupun aku tak dapat lari straight 30 mins tapi at least ada improvement from dulu-dulu. I'm proud of myself!

Malam punya spinning memang aku all out! Baru rasa. Aku nak rasa sore otot-otot ni. Baru rasa puas! Muahaha! So tomorrow aku try lagi slow jog on treadmill =D

Nutella whole weat sandwich

Nasik+ikan sembilang+kerabu
