Rest day

Hullo! Rest day ni satu je problem. Air! Susah sangat nak minum air min 2L. Serious. This is my biggest problem. Isk. Sat gi nak minum seberapa  banyak air yang mampu. 

Meal
Breakfast
Nesvita + 3 sudu oat

Lunch
Nasik separuh +ayam goreng berlada+gulai pucuk ubi and tempe

Petang
Nasik separuh + ayam goreng berlada

Dinner
Nesvita+milo 2 sudu+oat 2 sudu


Hehe. Biasa sabtu pergi pasar malam tapi sebab harini mak masak my fav tak gi la. I dont even feel bad sebab the ayam was sooooooo goood. Haha. So, Saturday anggap je la sebagai cheat days. Nak sedapkan hati sendiri la ni. hehe..Tapi rasa tak best lak tak workout harini. I need my endorphin. But I need to rest too.
