Day 14: No spinning. =(

Gym
10 am-12 pm

Treadmill : 30 mins
Cross trainer : 30 mins + weights
Weights: 30 mins

Sedih la sebab tak gi spinning. Kesian instructor tu. Kalau brother sorang tu tak datang, takde sape dia nak ajar. Huahua. Sedih2. Aku pun sedih sebab rasa tak best tak gi gym. Huaaa... Takpelah. Anggap je harini rest day. Besok bantai puas-puas. Muahaha!


Meal
Breakfast
Nescafe: 2 teguk
Nesvita- 1 mug

Lunch
Nasik segenggam + ikan selar kecik 2 ekor + terung banyak gile.
Mangga sebijik

Petang
Roti sekeping + milo 1 mug

Dinner
Karipap
Burgerrrrr



Aku ada 3 months untuk 5k. Currently aku perlukan approx 30mins to do 2.5 km. So 1hour la untuk complete 5k. Terrible. But I'm not even running. Huhu.. Harap-harap nanti boleh la aku buat. Amin.
