Day 9 : Perempuan Gila

Gym
10 am-12 pm
Treadmill : 30 25 mins. Average speed 4.8. (Boo!)
Cross trainer : 30 mins. 30 sec normal speed (4.0), 30 sec crazy bitch style (7.7). Every 2 mins do weights.

Haha. So sebab semalam tak puas hati dengan kemampuan workout aku harini aku all out. Tapi try treadmill laju2 (5.2) tetap tak boleh. Aku bantai kat cross trainer. 30 sec normal speed then 30 sec crazy bitch style. Dah macam orang gila! Memang laju habis. Macam nak terbang keluar tingkap. Baru rasa puas hati! Biar sakit kaki, asalkan puas.

Lupa nak cite semalam instructor bagi notes pasal spinning. Banyak pulak tu. Dah macam lecture notes. Dia suruh baca. Cite pasal kebaikan spinning, food intake, cara yang betul nak kayuh etc. Very good la instructor itu. Tabik2!

Aku rasa lepas ni kena log jugak food intake sebab kalau nak fit, 20% gym and 80% kitchen. So start besok I'll write down what I eat. Huhu.
