Day 4: Not very good.
Posted by lapargirl59 on Thursday, 12 April 2012.Harini sempat sejam je dekat gym sebab partner kena pergi jumpa lecturer dia. Tak puas la. Tapi bila fikir last night dah spinning so macam tak pe lah. But me sad. Need another hour. Dah la pagi tadi melantak nasik lemak. Oo.. menyesal pulak. Huhu..
Today's workout
Treadmill: 20 min
Cross runner: 10 minit
Another 30 min : Weights.
Teruk2. Besok is le rest day. Ahad tak sure pergi pukul berapa. Harap-harap tak ramai sangat orang.
