Day 8 : Gym and Spinning

Treadmill : 30 mins speed 5
Cross trainer : 25 mins + 2 mins weights interval
Time: 2 hours
Tak tahu la kenapa tapi rasa tak cukup workout ni. I know I can do more. So besok harap-harap dapat walk faster. Auntie sorang ni 30 mins dia jog straight tak berhenti. Kagum gila! Bila aku nak macam tu?
Night
Spinning 45 mins + 10 mins weights
Seronok spinning! Really fun. Last week rasa mcam nak mapuh tapi kali ni rasa okay la. Boleh ikut instructor tu. Tapi rasa tak puas. I need to increase the resistance. Baru rasa the burn. Tapi aku takut nanti tak leh follow sampai habis. Huhu. I can do it! Kalau aku cheat, aku cheat diri sendiri. Aku jugak yang rugi.
