Day 6

Gym 
10 am-12 pm
Harini macam ter-over  buat weights sampai tak perasan dah 11.30 am. Over pulak. Huhu. Ni workout for today.
Treadmill : 20 mins speed 5
Cross trainer : 25 mins/ 2 mins weights interval
Rowing : 2000 m  - 13 mins.

Night
8.30 - 9.15 pm
Ada spinning class. Surprisingly not too dreadful. Kira boleh la aku follow. Tak macam last week. Baru nak bangga tapi instructor cakap memang dia buat easy harini. Ceit. After that I felt really good. Macam baru lepas achieve something. Hehe. Sepatutnya timbang harini. But decide nak timbang next week. Sebab takut macam naik/tak turun. Nanti motivasi kurang. Huhu. Hopefully next week dapat la tengok perubahan. Amin..
