Treadmill : 20 mins
Bicycle: 45 mins
Weights: 30 mins
Harini I really hate treadmill to the maxxxxzx. So naik 20 min and then straight pergi kat basikal. I need to do cardio a lot today sebab semalam banyak spend time kat weights. Sambil tu borak dengan auntie ni. Dia cakap dia nak join KL marathon tu. 5k.Aku pun kagum la. Aku pun belum lari apa-apa lagi. huhu.. Lepas tu aku cakap lah yang aku nak join Shape punya Night Run and dia pun cakap Aina ( front desk person kat gym) ada ajakdia jugak. Masa balik tu masa nak keluar Aina tanya aku dah register ke. Aku pun cakap belum. Maybe next month. Dia cakap register cepat nanti full. So ...
Hehe.. Balik je terus register. RM54 tu.. Siap delivery. Malas nak pergi amek sendiri. Oh tak sangka, tak sangka. Sangat excited! Aku dah download plan Couch To 5K. 9 weeks punya program. So, aku ada lebih kurang 11 weeks untuk train. I CAN DO THIS!!

Ohhh, the dinner is so embarrassing la.. Tapi aku teringin sangat. Nak makan nasik macam rasa bersalah lak. Terus drive through mekdi. Tapi at least aku tak beli double cheeseburger kan? Haha. Sok gigih la lagi membakar bubur ni.
