Day 5 : GO!

Bukan lah tak penat tapi beza la dengan last week. Last week rasa macam nak pengsan tapi harini dah 26 minit baru stop. Itu pun sebab increase speed. Bangga-bangga. Kaki pun dah tak sakit. Sabtu haritu bangun je bila pijak rasa sakit kat pergelangan. Alhamdullillah dah ok. So ni workout plan for today :
Treadmill: 26 mins.
Cross trainer : 30 mins + 2 mins interval of weights
2000 m rowing.
Time: 1 hr 45 mins.
Malam ni gym partner ajak dansa-dansa. Segan sebenarnya. Kalau boleh taknak exercise dengan orang ramai. Huhu.. Tengok lah dulu..
