Harini macam tak ada mood sikit. Perut pun macam tak sedap. Rasa lemah longlai. Anggap je la PMS.
Meal
Nescafe: 1/4 mug
Nesvita+ milo 1 sudu
Snack lepas gym
Mango
Lunch
Nasik 1 senduk
Gulai pucuk paku +tempe
ikan selar kecik 2 ekor
kacang goreng sikit
Petang
Chipsmore 4 keping
Popia 2 keping
Dinner
Nesvita + oat 4 sudu
Wahh..sedap makan harini? Tatau la kenapa tapi rasa lapar je harini. Petang tadi terus singgah beli oat lepastu campur dengan nesvita. Makan sampai kenyang. Pedulik apa tak sedap pun. Asalkan perut ada isi. huhu.. Tapi definitely over 1200 cal harini. Maybe 1400 lepas tolak exercise pagi tadi. Remember, yang penting calorie in and calorie out. kata Jillian.
