Treadmill : C25K (Week 1 Workout 2)
Weights: 30 mins
Cross trainer: 30 mins

Meal
Breakfast : Milo+oat+nesvita

After workout : Pisang sebijik

Lunch : Pulut kuning dengan rendang daging. huhu..

Petang: neskepe 1 mug

Dinner: mirinda oren secawan..oopss
oat+milo+nesvita+pisang. kenyangggg...


Hello! Harini lari lajuuuu.. Haha. Tak lah laju sangat. But laju than before la. Tepuk2. =D Tapi sebab dah start2 terus lari laju, buat cross trainer pun macam malas. Kaki pun sakit sebab malam tadi punya spinning. Perghhh.. Siyesss.. Tapi I sukeeee.. Suka bila sakit2 ni. Rasa puas. Pelik kan? huhu..


Gambar ni amek tadi lepas workout. Sorang kat gym. Selamba la.. Huhu.. Konon nak nampak beza la. Tapi tak sampai sebulan kot. Berangan laaa... Next week kita timbang okay.. Tengok naik ke turun.. Kalau naik tak apa, check muscle and fat percentage. Tu yang penting.
