Day 35: May is over baby!

Treadmill: 30 min (Fail C25K W5W3)
Weights: 20 min
Cross trainer: 15 min

Ngeh, ngeh. Harini mood down sebab fail C25K. Sepatutnya lari 20 min non-stop tapi aku tak boleh. Huaaaa...  9 minit lari lepas tu jalan. Sucks man. Besok try lagi sehabis mungkin. Lepas aku dah fail tu terus keciwa sangat. Workout lepas tu ke laut. Hoho..Tambah lagi perut cramping. Aduhh..

Nasik sepinggan+sambal petai+terung goreng

Nasik sepinggan+sambal petai

Anggur beberapa bijik+chipsmore 2 keping

Hahaha! Aku tutup bulan may dengan makan macam monstaaaa! Sikit pun tak nyesal sebab sambal udang petai is my very own kryptonite. And come on, I kicked May's ass baby. Next post is rumusan May punya workout.
